🧸 What is the Teddy Bear Clinic?
Children are invited to bring their favourite teddy bear (or stuffed friend) for a “check-up” at our clinic!
Through fun, hands-on activities, kids can:
- Visit different “stations” around the hospital
- Learn what happens during a hospital visit
- Interact with friendly healthcare staff
- Explore medical tools in a safe and playful way
Our goal is simple: to reduce fear and build confidence so children feel more at ease if they ever need care at the hospital.
What to Expect
- Teddy bear “check-ups” and activity stations
- Face painting
- Special guests (including emergency responders and a therapy dog!)
- Giveaways and interactive fun
đź’› Why It Matters
For many children, hospitals can feel overwhelming or scary. The Teddy Bear Clinic helps create positive experiences early on — turning fear into curiosity and confidence.
